• 8-10 years’ experience leading and providing solutions for enterprise-wide business processes / enabling technologies and knowledge of IT supports & solutions.
• Minimum Implementation Experience in 2 Oracle CC&B / Oracle MWM Implementations
• Minimum 2 Project Implementation of Oracle Utilities modules Customer 2 Meter and Mobile Workforce Management
• Strong knowledge in OUAF framework and its components: Algorithm, XPATH Scripts, BOs, MO, Business Services, Zones, UI Maps and Portals.
• Experience in Oracle CC&B in both Functional and Technical Processes
• Functional Knowledge on Customer Information, Field Activities in Oracle CC&B.
• Functional Knowledge on Activities, CDI, Dispatcher, Mobile Worker, Crew, Crew Shifts, and Period of Unavailability in Oracle MWM
• Expert Knowledge on Utility Domain / Working experience in Utilities domain will be an added advantage
• Demonstrate working as a Solution Architect delivering solutions that are highly scalable and robust on high volume facing technology platforms
• Anchor proof of concept (POC) development to validate proposed solution and reduce technical risk.
• Strong background in Design, Development, Testing of Oracle Utility Products
• Provide project leadership in the areas of Solution Architecture / Functional design
• Good Command on English, Arabic (Not Mandatory, but Preferred)
• Good working experience on onsite/offshore model, coordination, Conflict resolution & facilitation skills.
• Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL utilities and ability to construct SQL queries for mass data analysis.
• Relevant Full Time Degree. (Master’s in Computers Preferred)
